The workout for 7/3 is...

Join us today for coach Colleen's favorite workout in honor of her last Monday night classes. We are so sad she's leaving, but so proud of her for pursuing med school (she's a smartypants). If you miss her classes tonight, swing by this Saturday for her last community class!

Reminder that tomorrow we just have one class at 10am!

As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRAP) in 26 minutes
10 Pull-Ups (jumping pull ups)
15 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1 Pood)
20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
3x10 Each Leg for Quality (holding DBs or KBs)
- Bulgarian Split Squats
(8 minutes)

Accessory Work:
- 5 minutes mobility on a foam roller (Quads/Glutes/Lats)
