The workout for 7/31 is...

This Saturday, we begin our additional Open Gym time from 11am - 12pm! Come for community class, stay and work on anything you'd like!

Every 2 minutes for 10 Rounds:
- 2 Squat Cleans each with 2 sec pause 1” below knees + 1 Jerk
Start at 70% 1RM Jerk and add weight each round, if possible.
5 Rounds for time:
- 8 Alternating KB Thrusters (35/25) total (From the ground, clean + thruster Right, from the ground, clean + thruster left, etc.)
- 75m Run
(8 minute cap)
Accessory Work:
Tabata Plank hold on rings (top of push up position)
