The workout for 7/31 is...
|This Saturday, we begin our additional Open Gym time from 11am - 12pm! Come for community class, stay and work on anything you'd like!
|Every 2 minutes for 10 Rounds:|
|- 2 Squat Cleans each with 2 sec pause 1” below knees + 1 Jerk|
|Start at 70% 1RM Jerk and add weight each round, if possible.|
|5 Rounds for time:|
|- 8 Alternating KB Thrusters (35/25) total (From the ground, clean + thruster Right, from the ground, clean + thruster left, etc.)|
|- 75m Run|
|(8 minute cap)|
|Tabata Plank hold on rings (top of push up position)|
