|- 1 High Hang Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch from 1” below knees without putting bar down. Squat if a safe option.|
|Then every 30s for 6 Rounds:|
|- 1 Hang Snatch (above knee) at ending weight of section above.|
|4 Rounds for reps.|
|Every 2 min, working for 90s, resting for 30s|
|- 16 Back Rack Lunges (total) 135/95) from the ground|
|- Max HSPU in remaining time (mod: piked either off bench or in down dog position)|
|- 3x8 each arm, upside down KB presses LIGHT.|
