Every 90s for 6 rounds
- 1 High Hang Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch from 1” below knees without putting bar down. Squat if a safe option.
Then every 30s for 6 Rounds:
- 1 Hang Snatch (above knee) at ending weight of section above.
4 Rounds for reps.
Every 2 min, working for 90s, resting for 30s
- 16 Back Rack Lunges (total) 135/95) from the ground
- Max HSPU in remaining time (mod: piked either off bench or in down dog position)
Accessory Work:
- 3x8 each arm, upside down KB presses LIGHT.
