Rest exactly 2 minutes between sets.
Mobility Between sets of Back Squats: Adductor Stretch
Strict Press
5 @ 75% of 3RM
5 @ 80%
5 @ 85%
Rest exactly 2 minutes between sets.
Mobility Between sets of Strict Presses: Lat Stretch on Rig
(20 minutes total)

5 minute AMRAP
- 30 Double Unders (or 20s practice)
- 1 Rope Climb (2 jump and hold 3 sec or 2 rope drops)

- 10 V ups
- 20 Speed Skaters total
