Every 2 min for 8 Rounds:
- 1 Squat Clean + 1 Jerk + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk
9 minute AMRAP:
- 9 Deadlifts (95/65)
- 6 Hang Power Cleans
- 3 Push Jerks
- 75m Run

Accessory Work:
3x10 Lateral Lunges with 2 second hold in lunge. Unweighted, just work on depth and stability/positioning pushing out of lunge position.
