The workout for 7/7 is...

Reverse Back Rack Lunges. 3 Rounds: 10 Right, then 10 Left. Goal is to use 50% of 3RM Back Squat Weight. May take bar from the rack. (12 minutes)

12 minute AMRAP:
- 15 KB Swings (72/53)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20) with step down
Cash out: 800m Run immediately following the AMRAP. Two separate scores - one for the AMRAP and one for the run time.

5 minute Mobility at end of class: Calf and achilles stretch + glutes against wall.
