The workout for 7/11 is...

Pull Ups/Dips
Mobility: Alternate between couch stretch and chest opening during the Pull Ups/Dips

12 minutes to find 1 heavy snatch for the day (this will most likely not be your 1RM. You may choose either power or squat - whichever allows you to keep the best form.)
- Rest 2 minutes then -
6 minute AMRAP:
- 7 OHS @ 50% of snatch weight
- 35 Double Unders (70 singles)
