The workout 8/1 is...

This week we are retesting Benchmarks!! You have been working very hard toward improving your strict strength. Let's see how far you've come!

We are also starting new monthly Goal Setting. Pick one goal for the month of August and write it on the goal board. Ask a coach for tips on how to help get you to hit your goal!

Benchmark Retest #1: Strict Pull ups and Strict Ring Dips
Take 15 total minutes to Find a 5RM for strict pull ups (using bands or weights) then find a 5RM for strict ring dips (using band or between boxes OR push ups)

For time:
- 30 Toes to Bar (may kip) mod: knees to elbows or knees to 90
- 30 Calorie Row
- 30 Box Jumps (24/20) with Step Down
- 30 KB Swings (53/35)
- 30 Burpees
