The workout for 8/1 is...

3 Rounds :
- 6 Weighted Chin Ups (mod: lightest band possible)
- 6 Weighted Ring/Bar Dips (mod: use foot to assist and make as challenging as possible)

10 minute AMRAP
- 10 Push Press (115/75)
- 15 Pull Ups (mod: box assisted kipping pull ups)
- 40 Double Under (mod: cut reps in half or speed steps R/L =1)
