The workout for 8/15is...

We begin a new cycle this week! We are going to be doing several benchmark/HERO WODs. These are all written with prescribed weight. We will also offer percentage options to use.


Find a 1RM Snatch in 20 min

- 30 Snatches for time (can be power or squat) 135/95 or 70% of the 1RM you just found
(8 minute time cap)
