The workout for 8/16 is...

Box Jump Skill Work. 15 total Reps working up in height each time, if possible
Every 5 minutes for 5 Rounds, each round for time:
- 3 Rounds of
- 15 Air Squats
- 10 Box Jumps (30/24) THEN
- 200m Run
Rest in remaining time
(Each Rounds looks like: 15 Air Squats, 10 Box Jumps, 15 Air Squats, 10 Box Jumps, 15 Air Squats, 10 Box Jumps, 200m Run, Rest.
