Or max chin over bar hold or bar hang

5 rounds for time:
- 12 Deadlifts
- 9 Hang Power Cleans
- 6 Push Jerks
Rx weight is 155/105. Scale down to 60% 1RM Clean and Jerk and record weight used.

Accessory Work:
3 Rounds, rest 1 min between: -10 V Ups, 10 Hollow Rocks, 10 Tuck Ups
