- 30 Pull Ups (mod: jumping pull ups)

14 minute EMOM to work on your goal(s) for August. Be focused and have a plan. Ask your coach for suggested reps/sets and progressions.

Can choose 1 movement and work progressions each minute or choose 2 and alternate between the two each minute.
