Jerks from the rack: 2@70%, 2@75%, 2@80%, 2%85+% of your 1RM from your Clean and Jerk
(20 min)
10 minute AMRAP:
- 50 Slam Ball Buy in (30/20) then
- 10 Ring Push Ups (Rx+ Strict Ring Dips)
- 10 Thrusters (95/65)
Accessory Work:
- 10 Reps of Strict Muscle Up Transition practice or 10 strict muscle ups
