The workout for 8/22 is...

Every minute for 14 minutes alternating:
Odds: - 1 Snatch High Pull + 1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch from 1” below knees. 4 sets at 70% 1RM, then can add weight. Do not set bar down until all 3 movements are complete.
Evens: 3 Strict Pull ups with 6-second negative on last rep. Use band to modify. Do a 10-second negative if you did more than 10 strict pull ups for your benchmark.
10-8-6-4-2
- KB Snatch Right (53/35) (KB does not need to touch the ground in between reps)
- KB Snatch Left (53/35)
- 25' HS Walk After each round. (Mod: 25 Shoulder Taps R/L = 1)
(8 minute cap)
