The workout for 8/23 is...

Back Squat: 5@ 70%, 5@75%, As many reps as possible @ 80% (as many reps as you can. May take one breath between reps, but may not rest any longer)
For time:
- 50 Ab Mat Sit Ups
- 40 Back Squats (135/95) taken from the ground. Or use 40% 1RM
- 30 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (mod: jumping chest to bar)
- 400m Run
(13 minute cap)
Accessory Work:
- 1500m Recovery Row. Not for time.
