The workout for 8/24 is...

EMOM 8
- 1 Snatch Grip Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 OH Squat
Start at 60% of 1RM and build each minute

Rest 4 minutes then

EMOM 8
- 1 Clean Grip Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Clean + 2 Front Squats. Try to start with final working weight on snatch EMOM and build each minute

Post-WOD Stretching:
- Foam Roll Quads/Hips.
- Pec/Shoulder Stretch on Wall
