Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 rounds)
- 3 Tempo HSPU (3 second descent, 1 second press out) These can be from a piked position as well. Focus on elbows tracking IN and quality of movement, especially the bottom 1-2".)
- 2/1 Rope Climb (mod: 5 challenging strict pull ups)

10 minutes and ONLY 3 sets to find a 10RM Back Squat
