The workout for 8/25 is...

Every 30s for 3 minutes (6 rounds): 1 Squat Clean @ 75%.
Rest 3 minutes
EMOM 6: 1 Squat Clean starting at 80% and adding if no misses.
7 minute AMRAP Ladder: 1-2-3-4-5-6, etc
- Hang Power Clean and Push Jerks (135/95)
- 20 Unbroken Double Unders (mod: unbroken speed steps R/L = 1). 20 reps each time, this number does not go up.
Accessory Work:
- 30 total GHD Back Extensions
