The workout for 8/26 is...

3 Rounds each for time:
- 500m Row + 400m Run
Rest 3 minutes after each round

5 minutes for total reps:
- 30s Front Rack Alternating Step Ups (45#) 24/20"
- 30s Push Press (45#)
(there is no built in rest! You will transition every 30s between movements. Keep rests short and count each rep - each step counts as one rep)
