Back Squats
8@60%
8@65%
8@70%
(15 minutes)

10 minute AMRAP:
- 10 Med Ball Cleans (20/14)
- 10 V Ups
- 10 10 Goblet Squats (72/53)
- 10 V Ups

Rest 2 minutes then

Post WOD: 3x5 Wide Grip Strict Pull Ups. Add weight or use band but goal is all 5 reps unbroken. Rest 90s min between sets. (6 minutes)
Accessory Work:
50 Side Plank Hip Taps on each side.
