21-15-9 for time:
- Pull Ups (mod: banded strict pull ups)
- Burpees
- Squat Clean Thruster @ 60% of 1RM Snatch
(21 minute cap)

Core/Mobility: 2 Rounds for Quality:
- 20 Steps Banded Lateral Walk Right
- 20 Steps Banded Lateral Walk Left
- 60s Weighted Plank (or unweighted)
- 45s Adductor Stretch with legs on wall
- 45s Banded Lat Stretch each side
