The workout for 8/31 is...

It's the last day of August - did you hit your goals?? Need to re-test one/some? Come to open gym this Sunday! Hit your goals? You get 10 raffle tickets! Tomorrow we will set September goals. Every time you work on your goal at the gym, put a tally mark next to your name.

3 minutes: Row as many calories as possible
- Rest 1 minute -
3 minutes: As many Wall Balls as Possible (20/14)
- Rest 1 minute -
3 minutes: As many Box Jump Overs as Possible (24/20)
- Rest 1 minute -
3 minutes: As Many KB Snatches as possible. Alternating Arms every rep. 53/35
You will have 4 separate scores from today's WOD.

Rest 4 minutes then Alternating Tabata:

- Wall Walk into Wall-Facing HS Hold (mod:Wall Walk as far up as possible and hold with hollow form). Hollow, hollow, hollow!
- L sit Hold on Bar
