Every 90s for 8 rounds: 1 Clean High Pull + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Jerk. Start at 70% 1RM and add each round.

3 minute AMRAP:
- 8 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (mod: jumping)
- 2 Shuttle Runs Down/Back

Rest 1 minute

3 minute AMRAP:
- 8 Double KB Reverse Lunges Alternating (total) (35/25)
- 8 Double KB Thrusters (35/25)

Rest 1 minute

3 minute AMRAP:
- 8 Toes to Bar
- 8 Ball Slams (40/30)


Accessory Work:
- 3x5 Strict Ring Dips
