Make Up Day. If you missed your re-tests, you may make them up today, but the coach will be overseeing the class WOD

Every 90s for 7 Rounds: 3 Position Squat Snatch: 1 High Hang + 1 Hang + 1 Full. Add weight each time to build to heaviest

5x 400m Run. Rest 2:00. Record time for each

Post-WOD Stretching/Rolling: Foam Roll IT Band and Quads with focus on area around knees. Pigeon or any hip opening stretch holding for 1 min minimum
