A. 3x 5 min AMRAP. Pick up where you left off for one total score:
- 5 KB Snatch Right (53/35)
- 10 KB OH Lunge (hold on right, lunge on left)
- 5 KB Snatch Left
- 10 KB OH Lunge (hold on left, lunge on right)
- 10 Ring Push Ups (mod: regular push ups)

Rest 3 minutes then:

B. 8 min 30s work/30s Rest Alternating
- Hollow Hold
- Mountain Climbers (R/L = 1)
Score is total Mountain climbers
