The workout for 9/13 is...


1 1/4 Back Squats
Take 20 min to find a heavy 2 rep.

6 Rounds for time:
- 5 Strict Pull Ups (mod: lightest band possible)
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Back Squats (75/55) taken from the ground
(15 minute cap)
Accessory Work:
- 3x15 Kipping Ring Swings or Kipping Swings on the bar
