10 minutes to find a 1RM Strict Chin Up. If you are working toward a strict pull up/chin up, do 3 sets of 3-4 challenging sets with a band.

For time:
- 5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (Ring Rows)
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Air Squats
- 5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (Ring Rows)
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Air Squats

- 9 Thrusters (95/65)

- 5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (Ring Rows)
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Air Squats
- 5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (Ring Rows)
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Air Squats

- 15 Thrusters (95/65)
