10 minute AMRAP:
- 5 Power Snatch (using weight from "Isabel")
- 10 Wall Balls (20/14)

Skill EMOM for 10 minutes alternating:
Odds: 30s Strict Pull Up Work Or Muscle Up Work. This can be strict pull ups, ring rows, negatives, banded
Evens: 30s Strict HSPU Work. This can be strict HSPU, piked HSPU, negatives, push ups
