The workout for 9/21 is...

EMOM 7: 1 Power Clean and Split Jerk. Start at 70% (or 90-100% of your 1RM Snatch)and add weight each time.

Rest exactly 3 minutes and strip weight down to 60% or 135/95

For time:
- 40 Deadlifts
- 30 Renegade Rows (R/L = 1) choose either KB or DB which allow you to keep hips square/not rotating as you lift
- 20 Shoulder to Overhead
- 100 Double Unders (200 singles)
(12 minute cap)
