The workout for 9/22 is...

15 min AMRAP
- 1 Squat Clean OR Squat Snatch. Choose what you need to work on most and pick a challenging weight (80-85% 1RM)
- 2 Bar Muscle Ups (mod: jumping or banded BMU) or 4 jumping pull ups
- 3 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
- 4 Wall Balls (30/20)
Rest 4 min then
3 sets max effort strict pull ups or max effort chin over bar hold. Rest 2 min between
Accessory Work:
Tabata: Wall Sit (weighted if possible)
