7 Sets to find a Heavy Complex of: 1 Snatch Grip Deadlift + 1 Hang High Pull + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch from the Floor. Rest 2 minutes between rounds. Power or Squat (hint: work your weakness!)

5-10-15-20 for time:
- KB Front Rack Squat Right (72/53)
- KB Front Rack Squat Left (72/53)
- *Ring Push Ups (mod: regular push ups)
*Rx+ 2-4-6-8 Ring Muscle Ups
(13 minute cap)
