The workout for 9/25 is...

Tabata: L-sit hold on rings. Mod: hold/tap foot down to assist
12 minute AMRAP: (We can call this one “try not to put the bar down”)
- 12 Alternating Step Ups with empty bar on back (45/35) to 24/20” (6R/6L)
- 12 Overhead Squats (45/35)
- 12 Push Press (45/35)

Rest 3 minutes then not for time:
- 50 Speed Skaters. (R/L = 1). This is not for time, but should be done quickly while maintaining the same width on every step.
- 50 V Ups
Accessory Work:
- Accumulate 15 strict pull ups, breaking up into as many sets as necessary
