The workout for 9/26 is...

Get ready to celebrate DeCO's 4th Bday on Nov. 12th and raise money for an incredible local cause! We are partnering up with   Special Olympics Colorado   for a team event (2 guys/2 girls), night of partying (cake, food, booze, oh my) and fundraising! Check out the FB event and register through Eventbrite. Don't have a team? We will have a sign up sheet for anyone who wants to participate and we will team you up!

5x3 Strict Press. May add weight each ti me (15 minutes)

4 Rounds each for time:
- *7 Unbroken Clean and Jerks (choose weight)
- 10 Lateral Burpees
Rest 2 minutes
*If you drop the bar/break the 7 reps, you must do a 200m Run before picking bar back up
