The workout for 9/27 is...

10 minutes for Rope Climb technique work or 2x5 Rope Pull Ups on each side (5 reps with right hand 6-8" above left, then 5 reps with left above right)

For time:
Buy in: 15/10 Tire Flip Jump Throughs then
21 Overhead Squats 95/65 or 50% 1RM Snatch
2 Rope Climbs (mod: jump and wrap with 3 second hold) Rx+ Legless
15 Overhead Squats 115/85 or 60%
4 Rope Climbs
9 Overhead Squats 155/105 or 75% 1RM
6 Rope Climbs
Cash Out: 600m Run
