The workout for 9/27 is...

“Glen” or Partner ‘Glen” or may do half “Glen”
- 30 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
- 1 mile run (3x around block)
- 10 Rope Climbs
- 1 mile run (3x around block)
- 100 Burpees
Partners break up reps any way! For the mile, split into 4x400m. One runs, one rests.

Accessory Work:
- Accumulate 90s passive hang from the pull up bar. Just. Hang.
