EMOM 8: 4 Front Squats from the ground. May squat clean your first rep. Aim for 15-20% above weight used for "Bulger"

8 minute AMRAP
- 20 V- Ups
- 40 Double Unders (45s practice or choose number you can do each time in around 30-45s)

Rest 2 min

8 minute AMRAP:
- 20 Ab Mat Sit ups
- 150m Run
