|- Row for total meters|
|- Toes to Bar for total reps|
|- HS Walk for meters (or HS Shoulder taps or holds)|
|- Back Rack Alternating Lunges (count each step) 95/65 for total reps|
|Rest 2 minutes between each station. Complete all Row before moving to TTB, etc.
|Take 10 minutes to work on your goal for the month of September (if barbell, think technique work, progressions, etc.)|
Mobility: Foam roll Lats 2 min each side!
