The workout for 9/6 is...

Tabata:
- Row for total meters
- Toes to Bar for total reps
- HS Walk for meters (or HS Shoulder taps or holds)
- Back Rack Alternating Lunges (count each step) 95/65 for total reps
Rest 2 minutes between each station. Complete all Row before moving to TTB, etc.

Take 10 minutes to work on your goal for the month of September (if barbell, think technique work, progressions, etc.)

Mobility: Foam roll Lats 2 min each side!
