Reminder that tomorrow and Friday we have a 9:30am class!
Back Squats
Max Reps at 75%
8 minute AMRAP Ladder
- 75m Run with Med Ball (20/14)
- 2 Strict Ring Dips (mod: Ring Push Ups)
- 75m Run with Med Ball (20/14)
- 4 Strict Ring Dips, etc. Keep adding 2 reps to ring dips.

Accessory work:
Banded Side Steps: 2x down/back in each direction.
