7 minute AMRAP:
- 21 Russian KB Swings (72/53)
- 14 Med Ball Cleans (20/14)
--  Rest 2 minutes  --
7 minute AMRAP:
- 21 Slam Balls (40/30)
- 14 Ab Mat Sit Ups

For quality:
- 5 Turkish Get Ups each arm. Hold each position for 2 seconds. Choose weight that allows you to keep perfect form.

Mobility: Adductor Stretch on floor with partner. One partner stretches while assisting partner gently pushes down on the back to deepen the stretch.
