5 Rounds for time:
- 40 Double Under (mod: 1 min practice or 40 speed steps)
- 30 Box Jumps (24/20) with step downs
- 20 KB Swings (53/35)
Record in BTWB!
(20 minute cap)

- 30s Chin Over Bar Hold, changing grip each minute. Overhand, suponated, mixed grip, wide grip, close grip, etc. Use a box if cannot hold the entire time
Accessory work:
Accumulate 2 minutes in an L-sit hold on the rings
