The workout for 9/9 is...

Every 45s for 8 sets:- 1 Hang Power Clean + 2 Push Press. All sets at 70% your 1RM Snatch. Focus is on speed and quick resets between sets since rest is minimal. This should not be heavier than what feels like a 6/10.

4x800m Run (600 + 200). Your rest is a recovery-speed 200m walk.
Each run will have a separate time/score.
